PHOENIX CONTACT ANNOUNCES NEW PRODUCT UTILIZING DUST NETWORKS’ EMBEDDED WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKING TECHNOLOGY

WirelessHART™ Infrastructure Products Address Market Demand For New Tools to Drive Greater Process Efficiency

FRANKFURT, Germany, (May 11, 2009)—Dust Networks®, the leading supplier of standards-based wireless sensor networking products, has announced that their WirelessHART sensor networking technology will be used in a new product family that will be introduced today by Phoenix Contact at ACHEMA, the leading worldwide event for the chemical engineering and process industries.
